Circularizing the Final Sugar Production Bulletin Issued by Sugar Regulatory Administration Pursuant to Revenue Regulations No. 13-2015

November 22, 2022 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 150-2022 SUBJECT : Circularizing the Final Sugar Production Bulletin Issued by Sugar Regulatory Administration Pursuant to Revenue Regulations No. 13-2015 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 13-2015, the average weekly sugar prices for all sugar millsites are reflected in the Final Sugar Production Bulletin issued weekly by Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) and transmitted to this Bureau as basis of computing the one percent (1%) creditable withholding tax on withdrawals of sugar from the millsite. Subsequently, this Bureau immediately circularizes the weekly SRA-issued bulletins, as annexes, through the weekly Operations Memoranda (OMs) and consolidated through a monthly Revenue Memorandum Circulars (RMCs). To streamline the process of publication of these bulletins, through OMs and RMCs, all concerned stakeholders can now access and download the weekly SRA-issued bulletins from the BIR's website under its "Announcements" section beginning first week of November 2022.
