March 23, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15-76 SUBJECT : Loss of 290 units of BIR Auxiliary Labels for Compounded Liquors with Serial Nos. 0521023981 to 0521024270, inclusive TO : All Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of BIR auxiliary labels for compounded liquors as indicated below: Kind Serial Numbers Quantity Auxiliary Labels 0521023981-0521024270 290 units Above auxiliary labels were lost on February 14, 1976 when the taxpayer-purchaser discovered them missing during the actual count. The loss was reported to this Office and duly verified to be true and correct by an internal revenue officer. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned auxiliary labels is found, taking necessary steps to prevent the unlawful use thereof by any party other than the authorized purchaser.
