June 2, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15-75 SUBJECT : Follow-up Letter to the Land Registration Commission on Copies of Reports of Transfers of Real Properties Covered by RMC No. 47-64 TO : All Revenue District Officers For your information and compliance, there is quoted hereunder the text of our letter to the Commissioner of the Land Registration Commission dated April 28, 1975, to wit: "Pursuant to Section 7-A of the National Internal Revenue Code as amended by Section 3 of Presidential Decree No. 69, I have the honor to request that this Office be furnished regularly thru our Revenue District Officers with the monthly report of transfers of realty by the Register of Deeds of the different cities and provinces in accordance with your GLRO Circular No. 197 dated May 8, 1937. "This is a follow-up of your letter to the Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue dated August 7, 1964 wherein you advised this Office 'that you will call the attention of all Register of Deeds on the matter.' (Re-GLRO Circular No. 197). "For this purpose, we are advising our Revenue District Officers of this matter so that they will properly receive the reports within their respective areas." In view of the foregoing, you are hereby directed to assign one of your examiners to the Office of the Register of Deeds within your jurisdiction to copy the abstract of transfers of realty beginning 1974 and forward the same to the Chief, Special Investigation Division, Bureau of Internal Revenue for statistical compilation.
