A-0172962 to A-0173000 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of thirty-nine (39) pieces of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR FORM 25.24), to wit: SERIAL NUMBERS QUANTITY A-0172962 to A-0173000 Thirty-nine (39) pieces (BIR Form 25.24) The above lost Revenue Official Receipts was a part of the accountability of the late ROMUALDO ACEBUCHE, Collection Agent of Laoang, Northern Samar. The loss was reported by the Provincial Auditor, VICTORIANO MAGAY, on his 1st Indorsement dated October 4, 1971 to this Office, copy attached. Internal Revenue officers and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts are found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
