February 9, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15-70 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Residence Tax Certificate, Class A-1970, Serially Numbered from A-2070751-2070800 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad residence certificates, Class A-1970, bearing serial numbers A-2070751-2070800. This pad is among sixty (60) pads sent by registered mail to the Collection Agent at Isabela, Negros Occidental. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are hereby directed to report to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue immediately in case any of the missing certificates is found, taking precautionary steps in the meantime to prevent fraudulent, improper and unauthorized use thereof. aisa dc MISAEL P.
