March 15, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15-65 SUBJECT : Issuance of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes of the P2.50 Per M Class, 20's at P0.05 and of the P3.75 Per M Class, 20's at P0.075 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that his Bureau will issue strip stamps for cigarettes printed by the Thomas de la Rue, of the P2.50 per M Class, 20's at P0.05 and of the P3.75 per M Class, 20's at P0.075. The strip stamps to be issued are of the standard small size. They are printed on safety white paper with silk or fiber strands. The main design on the stamps is the seal of the Republic of the Philippines which color is violet on yellow on the P2.50 per M Class and brown on red on the P3.75 per M Class. (SGD.) BENJAMIN N.
