June 18, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-75 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Issuance of the Newly Printed Regular and Auxiliary Labels for Wine It is hereby announced that starting this June, 1975, the newly printed regular and auxiliary labels for wines described hereunder will be issued by the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau: l. The design, dimension and color of both are the same as of the previous stock, 2. The auxiliary labels for wines are now pre-serially numbered, 3.
