March 5, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Fifty Pieces (one booklet) of Residence Tax Certificates Class A (BIR Form 9.01) bearing Serial Numbers 7427001 to 7427050, Inclusive Serial Number Quantity 7427001-7427050 fifty (50) pieces The above Residence Tax Certificates Class A were reported lost by the Actg. Provincial Treasurer, Mr. Arsenio Q. Ponce in his warning notice dated January 22, 1974, copies of which were sent to the Honorable Secretary of Finance, the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, the Provincial Commander, PC, Vigan, Ilocos Sur, the Provincial Auditor, Vigan, Ilocos Sur and all Provincial and City Treasurers. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this office in case the above-mentioned Residence Tax Certificates A are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc MISAEL P.
