February 4, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad Residence Certificates Class "B" Bearing Serial Number B-1474001-1474050 (BIR Form 9.02) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of Residence Certificate Class "B" (BIR Form 9.02), to wit; SERIAL NUMBERS QUANTITY 1474001-1474050 One (1) Pad-50 certificates The above Residence Certificates were discovered missing by Collection Clerk, BORNEO B. PEREZ, Office of the Collection Agent, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, on September 14, 1970. The loss was reported to the BIR Regional Office and the Provincial Auditor thereat, attached copy with enclosures submitted to this Office. Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Residence Certificates are found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
