Signatures and Handwriting Specimens on General Form No. 78(A)

March 15, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-65 SUBJECT : Signatures and Handwriting Specimens on General Form No. 78(A) TO : All Accountable Collection Agents and Cash Clerks In order to set up and up-to-date records of the signatures and handwriting specimens of all accountable Revenue Collectors and Cash Clerks having to do with collections and the keeping of funds, property and accountable forms and with the end in view of identifying the maker of falsified receipts and residence certificates, Revenue Collectors and Cash Clerks are hereby required to accomplish three (3) copies of the signatures and handwriting specimen cards (General Form No. 78(A), the originals and duplicates to be filed with the Provincial Auditors of the province where the Revenue Collectors and Cash Clerks are assigned, as required by the General Auditing Office, and the triplicates to be forwarded to this Bureau for record purposes.
