April 7, 2005 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-05 SUBJECT : Missing Quadruplicate Copy of an Issued BIR Form No. 2524-Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing quadruplicate copy of an issued BIR Form No. 2524- Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the hereunder stated serial number, to wit: ROR200400443915 Quadruplicate copy The abovementioned copy was reported missing by Mr. Pelagio M. Lopez, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue Region No. 12, Bacolod City. Consequently, all official transactions involving the use of said missing copy should be verified. DaIACS Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid form is found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
