September 27, 2000 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-00 SUBJECT : Cancellation of Five (5) Pads & Eighty Nine (89) Sets of Unused BIR Form No. 25.24- Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the cancellation of Five (5) pads & Eighty Nine (89) sets of unused BIR Form No. 25.24 Revenue Official Receipt, to wit: Serial Number Quantity 4735801-M - 4735850-M 1 pad 6176394-M - 6176450-M 1 pad & 7 sets 6757651 -M - 6757700-M 1 pad 6758764-M - 6758850-M 1 pad & 37 sets 7684906-M- 7685000-M 1 pad & 45 sets The abovementioned forms which are still in the possession of MS. ANANG PASPASAN, whose whereabouts unknown, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. Ms. Paspasan is presently assigned as Acting Revenue Collection Agent of the Municipality of Panglima Tahil, Revenue District Office No. 95, Jolo, Sulu. Internal Revenue Officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the abovementioned copies are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
