September 28, 2022 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 139-2022 SUBJECT : Circularizing the Format of Acceptance of Resignation in Consonance with Civil Service Commission (CSC) Resolution No. 1800692 Promulgated on July 3, 2018 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned For the information and guidance of all revenue officials and employees concerned, attached as "Annex A" hereof is a copy of format of acceptance of resignation in consonance with CSC Resolution No. 1800692, promulgated on July 3, 2018, particularly on Rule X Certain Modes of Separation Documents Required for Record Purposes. All revenue officials and employees are hereby enjoined to be guided accordingly and give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible. (SGD.)
