September 26, 2022 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 130-2022 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : The eFiling/Filing of Returns and the ePayment/Payment of Corresponding Taxes Due Thereon for September 26, 2022 Due Date In connection with the Memorandum Circular No. 06 issued by the Office of the President dated September 25, 2022 in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about by Super Typhoon "Karding," work in government offices in the National Capital Region, including provinces in Regions I, II, III, IV-A (CALABARZON), IV-B (MIMAROPA), V and the Cordillera Region, was suspended. In this regard, the efiling/filing of returns (BIR Forms 2550M, 2550Q and 2551Q) and the payment of corresponding taxes due thereon as well as the submission of the reportorial documents that will fall due today, September 26, 2022 shall be extended until tomorrow, September 27, 2022 .
