June 18, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 13-75 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Issuance of the Newly Printed Documentary Stamps of the Twenty Peso (P20.00) Denomination It is hereby announced that starting this June, 1975, the new locally printed documentary stamps of the Twenty Peso (P20.00) denomination described hereunder will be issued by the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau: 1.Documentary Stamps 1" x 1", denomination P20.00, 2.Printed on Security Paper, imbedded with artificial blue and red silk fibers, with watermarks "BIR and the seal of the Republic of the Philippines", 3.Wordings of the stamps In "Pilipino", 4.Color Scheme Blue green.
