March 4, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 13-64 SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Booklets of Residence Tax Certificates (Class "B" for 1962) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) booklets of Residence Tax Certificates, (Class "B" for 1962), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity B 0461301-0461400 100 receipts The above Residence Tax Certificates were lost on or about October 4, 1963, in the premises of the municipal building of Infante, Quezon. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those Residence Tax Certificates if found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
