January 12, 2023 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 13-2023 SUBJECT : Circularizing Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Policy and Procedural Guidelines No. 317-17 Dated October 18, 2017, with Subject Matter, Prescriptive Period for Social Insurance Benefits TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached herewith is the copy of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Policy and Procedural Guidelines (PPG) No. 317-17 dated October 18, 2017, with subject entitled, "Prescriptive Period for Social Insurance Benefits." In the said PPG, the GSIS stipulated the policies and procedures for the uniform implementation of prescriptive period of different types of claims administered by them.
