Availability of Additional Features and Functionalities of the Enhanced Monitoring and Managing Administrative Cases (EMMAC)

December 4, 2023 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 125-2023 SUBJECT : Availability of Additional Features and Functionalities of the Enhanced Monitoring and Managing Administrative Cases (EMMAC) TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees, and Others Concerned This Circular is issued to announce the availability and implementation of the additional features and functionalities of the Enhanced Monitoring and Managing Administrative Cases (EMMAC) Phase II, starting November 21, 2023 , to wit: CAIHTE Inclusion of function of the Prosecution Division; Authorize access for management and other users; Linking to the database of Personnel Division relative to pertinent data; Complete flow "inbox/outbox" of concerned Offices; and Incorporation of Annexes (reports) per Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 21-2022. Access Users who already have an existing MMAC account shall utilize the said additional features and functionalities by logging-in to the system following the guidelines prescribed under Annex "E" of RMO No. 21-2022, otherwise known as "Prescribing the Guidelines, Procedures in the Implementation of Monitoring and Managing Administrative Cases (MMAC) in the Bureau of Internal Revenue."
