Extension of the Deadline for the Submission of the Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation and Final Withholding Taxes (BIR Form Nos. 1604C and 1604F)

November 20, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 124-19 SUBJECT : Extension of the Deadline for the Submission of the Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation and Final Withholding Taxes (BIR Form Nos. 1604C and 1604F) TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned This Circular is hereby issued in order to inform all concerned taxpayers that the Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module (Version 6.1), the prescribed facility for accomplishing the Alphabetical List of Employees/Payees From Whom Taxes Were Withheld for purposes of submission to this Bureau, is currently being enhanced and its completion is still being determined until all the technical issues have been finally addressed. Accordingly, for purposes of providing all taxpayers sufficient time to prepare and submit the prescribed Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation and Final Withholding Taxes (BIR Form Nos. 1604-C and 1604-F), including the Alphabetical List of Employees/Payees From Whom Taxes Were Withheld, once the availability of the enhanced version of the said module is announced thru an advisory, the submission of the said returns and alphalist is hereby extended from January 31, 2020 to February 28, 2020.
