April 28, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12-71 SUBJECT : Requiring All Personnel of the Department of Finance and the Bureaus and Offices Under it to Fill Up Personnel Information Sheets for the Implementation of a System of Rotation and Assignment TO : All officials and employees of this Bureau and others concerned For the information and guidance of all officials end employees of this Bureau, there is quoted hereunder Department Memorandum Circular No. 13-71 of the Honorable, the Acting Secretary of Finance dated April 23, 1971, which is self-explanatory. "DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 13-71 "TO : All Heads of Bureaus and Offices under the Department of Finance, Assistant Secretaries of Finance, Chiefs of Divisions and other heads of units of services in the Department (Proper) "SUBJECT : Requiring all personnel of the Department of Finance and the bureaus and offices under it to fill up Personnel Information sheets for the implementation of a system of rotation and assignment. "Pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 272 of the Office of the President, dated February 15, 1971, all officials and employees of the Department of Finance and the bureaus and offices under it are hereby required to prepare and accomplish the attached sample from which shall be used in the rotation and assignment of personnel as provided in the abovementioned Administrative Order. "The duly accomplished forms should be submitted to the Records Division of this Department on or before May 7, 1971. "Please be guided accordingly. "(SGD.) PEDRO M.
