March 12, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12-65 SUBJECT : Loss of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of revenue official receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing serial numbers C-1940348 to C-1940350 (3 receipts). The above stated receipts were found missing from the custody of the Collection Agent for Saravia, Negros Occidental, during the examination jointly made of the cash and account of the latter by the Offices of the Provincial Auditor of said province and of the Regional Director, Regional District No. 11, Bacolod City, on July 31, 1964. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof. cdpr (SGD.)
