November 3, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 119-20 SUBJECT : Lost Five (5) Sets of Unused/Unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of five (5) sets of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt, bearing the following serial numbers: Serial Number Quantity ROR201301569000 1 set ROR201302523147-ROR201302523150 4 sets The abovementioned forms were reported as lost by Ms. Leonora C. Cotares, formerly designated as OIC-Chief, Collection Section, Revenue District Office No. 106, Revenue Region No. 17, Butuan City, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered as INVALID. HTcADC Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
