November 8, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 118-19 SUBJECT : Availability of the eRegistration (eREG) System to Corporate or Non-Individual Taxpayer-Employers TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned This Circular is hereby issued to disseminate the availability of eRegistration (eREG) System for use by Corporate or Non-Individual Taxpayer-Employers to facilitate the issuance of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of their employees. In this regard, corporate or non-individual employers registered with the Bureau shall enroll an authorized user who shall access the eREG System and apply for TIN of its new employees without existing TIN. Moreover, existing users shall likewise be required to re-enroll to create an authorized user account by accessing the system in our official website at www.bir.gov.ph. In case of self-employed individual employers, they shall manually secure the TIN of their new employees to the Revenue District Office having jurisdiction over the place of business where the employer's Head Office or Branch is physically located.
