February 23, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Stub Residence Certificate Class "B" (BIR Form 9.02), Serial Nos. 1439751-1439800 Inclusive Unissued Serial Nos. 1439797-1439800 TO : All Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) stub Residence Certificate Class "B" (BIR Form 9.02) bearing Serial Nos. 1439751-1439800 inclusive unissued Serial Nos. 1439797-1439800 . The above Residence Certificates were discovered missing on January 20, 1972, by Cash Clerk ALBERTO C. TEJANO, Office of the Collection Agent, Claver, Surigao del Norte. The loss was reported to the Chief, Accountant, BIR, Manila, the Chief, Collection Agents Division, BIR, Manila, the Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 73, Surigao City, and the Provincial Auditor, Surigao City, in his letter dated February 1, 1972, attached copy submitted to this Office with enclosures. Internal Revenue Offices, Employees and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Residence Certificate is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime, to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
