April 12, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11-71 SUBJECT : Loss of one (1) Booklet Residence Certificate Class "B" No. 174001-174050 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet Residence Certificate Class "B", to wit: Serial Number Quantity 174001-174050 50 certificates The above residence certificate booklet was lost on or about April 2, 1971 inside the drawer of Revenue Collector Ricardo Matawaran of San Juan, Rizal in his letter dated April 6, 1971, a copy of which was just received in this Office. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above mentioned Residence Certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
