March 7, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11-68 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Booklet of Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) serially numbered 3011851-3011900 from the office of the Bureau of Printing, Manila, March 7, 1968. All internal revenue officers and employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case these Official Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition and use thereof. cdll (SGD.)
