February 12, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11-64 SUBJECT : Loss of Four (4) Stubs of Residence Certificates (Class "A" for 1964) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of four (4) stubs of Residence Tax Certificates, (Class "A" for 1964), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity "A" 1443951-147151 200 receipts The above Residence Tax Certificates were lost on October 11, 1963 while in transit to the Collection Agent for Candoni, Negros Occidental. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those Residence Tax Certificates is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
