CADIENTE, Collection Agent, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, was reported by the Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 2, Tuguegarao, Cagayan as missing or lost. cdt Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipt is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
