December 12, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 105-78 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Pads of Revenue Tax Receipts (CB RCO Form No. 02.02) Bearing Serial Numbers 2832901-2832925, Inclusive; and 2832926-2832950, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) pads of Revenue Tax Receipts, to wit: cdt Serial Number Quantity 2832901-2832925 One (1) Pad 2832926-2832950 One (1) Pad The above Revenue Tax Receipts were reported lost by AURORA LOSANDE, Assessment Branch, Revenue Region No. 4-B, Quezon City. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
