MONDOEDO, Revenue Collector I, Revenue District Office No. 63, Borongan, Eastern Samar. cdt Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipt is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
