November 20, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 101-17 SUBJECT : Delayed Transmission of Collection Reports by Authorized Agent Banks TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned This Circular is hereby issued to address concerns on the delayed transmission of collection reports by Authorized Agent Bank (AAB) branches to the Bureau of Internal Revenue's (BIR's) Revenue Data Centers (RDCs) due to the problems encountered in the BIR's Electronic Data Transmission facility. In this connection, all Revenue District Offices concerned personnel who cannot view the collection reports from the BIR's Integrated Tax System (ITS) are hereby directed not to retrieve the said collection reports from the AAB branches through a Universal Serial Bus (USB) or other forms of storage unit/device, but instead call the attention of the RDCs to resolve the uploading of the said collection reports. All internal revenue officers, taxpayers and others concerned are enjoined to give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible. (SGD.) CAESAR R. DULAY Commissioner of Internal Revenue
