December 4, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 100-78 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Apprehension Receipts (BIR Form No. 19.14) Bearing Serial Numbers 244101 to 244150, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of One (1) pad of Apprehension Receipts, to wit: Serial Number Quantity 244101-244150 One (1) pad The above Apprehension Receipts, an accountability of LORENZO Y. ROSELL, Revenue Examiner, were reported as lost by the Assistant Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 80, Butuan City. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Apprehension Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdt CONRADO P.
