May 19, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-97 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned SUBJECT : BIR Monthly Socials In support of the objectives of the "Integrating the BIR Family" Project, the Bureau will hold Monthly Socials every last Friday of the month. The Socials shall be held after office hours, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, at the BIR National Training Center Auditorium, and shall be sponsored by a different National Office Group/Revenue Regional Office (Metro Manila) every Month. The schedule of Sponsors for each Monthly Social for the year 1997 is presented in Annex A. prLL The Socials shall be an excellent opportunity for all revenue employees to relax and unwind in the company of their superiors, peers and subordinates.
