February 9, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-79 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Four (4) Sets of Revenue Tax Receipts (CB RCO Form No. 02.02) bearing Serial Nos. 0540797-0540800, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of four (4) sets of Revenue Tax Receipts, to wit: Serial No. Quantity 0540797-0540800 Four (4) Sets The above Revenue Tax Receipts were reported as missing or lost on January 31, 1979 to the Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 24, Quiapo, Manila by Revenue Examiner LENI T. BARRIENTOS of the same office. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdt EFREN I.
