March 8, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-72 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Issuance of New Prints of BIR Strip Stamps for Cigarettes under the P2.50/M (30's) and P4.50/M (20's) Classes It is hereby announced that starting March 9, 1972, new prints of BIR strip stamps for cigarettes will be issued by our Bureau to cigarette manufacturers. For the information and guidance of all concerned, the following are the descriptions of said strip stamps: Tax Bracket Denomination Color of Stamps P2.50/per M 30's at P0.075 Cerulean Blue on Red (Printed by Thomas de la Rueda & Co., Ltd.)
