April 20, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-71 SUBJECT : Issuance of New Series of Documentary Stamps of the 30, 50 and P1.00 Denominations TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned Effective May 2, 1971, the Bureau of Internal Revenue shall issue a new series of documentary stamps of the 30, 50 and P1.00 denominations. This new series shall take the place of those previously issued which shall be declared obsolete. The main feature of the new documentary stamps is the change of the English words printed on the stamps into Pilipino. The size of the stamps is one inch by one inch and the colors thereof are: Denomination Color 30 Brown 50 Carmine P1.00 Gray The old stamps of the aforementioned denominations still in the hands of the Collection Agents and/or Revenue Cash Clerks, as the case may be, which are declared obsolete, shall be inventoried and returned to the Accountable Forms Division through the Regional Director and shall be destroyed in accordance with Section 63 of the National Accounting and Auditing Manual. aisa dc MISAEL P.
