March 7, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-68 SUBJECT : Discovery of Printing Erratum in BIR strip stamps for Local Cigarettes of the P8.00/M Class (20's) and Printed by Thomas dela Rue of England TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the printing erratum noted in BIR strip stamps for local cigarettes of the P8.00/M Class (20's) and printed by Thomas dela Rue of England, whereby the correct value of each stamp at " P0 . 16 " was misprinted thereon as " P0 . 016 ."
