Loss of Residence Certificates Class "A"

February 9, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-65 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificates Class "A" TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one pad of 1965 residence certificates bearing serial Nos. A-3930251-3930300. Records of this Office show that the missing pad is one of the eighty (80) pads of residence certificates bearing serial Nos. A-3928351-3932350 sent by the Cash and Disbursement Division of this Bureau to the Office of the Collection Agent for La Paz, Tarlac, on or about November 28, 1964 under Invoice No. 9637. The package containing said certificates was received by the Office of said Collection Agent on December 4, 1964 and when the same was opened for checking and inventory on December 29, 1964, one of the pads aforementioned was found missing. Said pad is presumed lost in transit. LexLib Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
