April 24, 1963 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-63 TO : The Collection Department, Regional Directors, Provincial Revenue Officers, Collection Agents Offices and Others Concerned It is with great pride that I make known to you that the income tax collection for 1962 has unprecedentedly transcended all collections of the past years. We have, on this date, made history in revenue collection. This notable achievement can only be attributed to your unity of efforts and dedication to duty. We all should be proud of this achievement as it signifies an achievement of the entire personnel of the Bureau of Internal Revenue. For all this, I am personally grateful to all of you. I shall, however, be looking forward to the day when I can compensate each and everyone of my fellow revenue co-workers, somehow or another, for this gratifying achievement. Congratulations to all. (SGD.) JOSE B. LINGAD Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue
