October 18, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 097-17 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of Memorandum C ircula r No. 27 dated October 6, 2017, Entitled "Directing All Concerned Government Agencies to Strengthen the I mplementatio n of the Philippine Export Development Plan and Involving Other Relevant Agencies in the Development of the Export Sector" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials and others concerned, attached is the letter dated October 7, 2017 from Atty. Concepcion Zeny E. Ferrolino-Enad, Director III of Malacaang Records Office and a certified copy of Memorandum Circular No. 27 dated October 6, 2017, entitled "DIRECTING ALL CONCERNED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO STRENGTHEN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PHILIPPINE EXPORT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND INVOLVING OTHER RELEVANT AGENCIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXPORT SECTOR."
