September 9, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 096-19 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of Several Republic Acts TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials and others concerned, attached is the letter dated August 27, 2019 from Atty. Concepcion Zeny E. Ferrolino-Enad, Director IV of Malacaang Records Office and certified copies of the following Republic Acts, to wit: 1. Republic Act No. 11392 which was approved on August 22, 2019 entitled "AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FRAMEWORK FROM THE SELECTION OF NATIONAL PERFORMING ARTS COMPANIES, DESIGNATING FOR THE PURPOSE CERTAIN PERFORMING ARTS GENRES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR. " 2. Republic Act No. 11399 which was approved on August 22, 2019 entitled "AN ACT CONVERTING THE CAMARINES NORTE STATE COLLEGE (CNSC) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAET, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE INTO A STATE UNIVERSITY TO BE KNOWN AS THE UNIVERSITY OF CAMARINES NORTE (UCN), AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR."
