August 18, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 095-20 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 15, s. 20 20, Re: Amendment to Section 38 of Omnibus Ru les on Leave (Amended by CSC MC No. 41, s. 1998) TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned, this Circular is being issued to publish and disseminate the Civil Service Commission MC No. 15, s. 2020 dated July 9, 2020, re: Amendment to Section 38 of Omnibus Rules on Leave (Amended by CSC MC No. 41, s. 1998) .
