August 10, 2016 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 092-16 SUBJECT : Announcing the Change of Name of the BIR Contact Center to Customer Assistance Division TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned This circular is hereby issued to announce the change of name of the BIR Contact Center to Customer Assistance Division and to require the use of the latter in all official correspondences, preparation of BIR directories and other documents bearing the name of the said office. Taxpayers are also encouraged to use the new name in contacting the said office. All revenue officials, employees and others concerned are hereby enjoined to give this Circular as wide publicity as possible. (SGD.) CAESAR R. DULAY Commissioner of Internal Revenue
