February 16, 1998 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 09-98 SUBJECT : Revise/Update of the Existing Masterlist of Government Employees with Masteral Degree TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned For the information and guidance of all revenue officials and employees, quoted hereunder is a letter from the Civil Service Commission, National Capital Region dated February 2, 1998: "The Civil Service Commission, National Capital Region through the Examination and Placement Services Division (EPSD) will revise/update the existing Masterlist of Government Employees with Masteral Degree. cdlex In this regard, may we solicit your assistance, by requesting your employees who are presently occupying supervisory positions with Masteral Degree, to fill out the Survey Forms prepared for the purpose. Before they are required to accomplish the said form, please remind them of the following: 1. That, only those who have graduated/completed their Masteral Degree will accomplish the form; that they have to submit a certified photo copy of their diploma or any evidence of graduation/completion; 2. That Item No. 11 "Record of Employment in Government", should include supervisory positions only; that they must indicate the inclusive period/s when such position/s were held; 3. That in case of designation to supervisory positions, they must attach official order and certification of period/duration of such delegations; 4. That the trainings and seminars must be those attended in the last 5 years and must be managerial and supervisory in nature. Our Field Offices where your office is clustered will distribute the survey forms and retrieve the same on or before March 10, 1998. They will coordinate with you, regarding this project.
