February 11, 1988 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 09-88 SUBJECT : Loss of One Original Copy of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one original copy of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form 25.24) to wit: SERIAL NUMBER QUANTITY 2445000-H One (1) Original Copy The above copy which was verified as missing during an inspection by the representative of the Commission on Audit, as well as the other copies of the said set of revenue official receipt have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the said original copy of Revenue Official Receipt is found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
