Department of Finance Memorandum Order Authorizing Bureau of Internal Revenue Junior Executive Training Program (JET) Graduates to Attend the Supervisory Training for Effective Administrative Management (STREAM)

April 12, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 09-77 SUBJECT : Department of Finance Memorandum Order Authorizing Bureau of Internal Revenue Junior Executive Training Program (JET) Graduates to Attend the Supervisory Training for Effective Administrative Management (STREAM) TO : All Revenue Officials concerned For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is Department Order No. 3-77, dated April 1, 1977: "In view of Presidential Decree No. 988 and in pursuance of Letter of Instructions No. 518 dated March 21, 1977 of the President, the following graduates of the Junior Executive Training Program are hereby authorized to attend the Supervisory Training for Effective Administrative Management (STREAM) to be sponsored by the Civil Service Commission in coordination with Heads of Departments and Agencies. VIBAT, Cresencio "The attendance thereat of the aforementioned participants shall be on official time and they shall be entitled to all necessary expenses in connection with the said training program chargeable against the appropriations of the respective offices of the said participants subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements. "Mr. GREGORIO A. CASTILLO, Finance Service Chief, Administrative Service shall be the Coordinator of this program and he shall be assisted by Messrs. EDMUNDO ESCALANTE and LIBERATO A. DE VEYRA, Chief, Training Division, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Chief Training Officer, Department of Finance, respectively, as Assistant Coordinators. "The Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue and the National Treasurer of the Philippines are required to extend all the necessary support and assistance to this program.
