Issuance of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes of the 12.50 Per M class, 20's at P0.05

April 24, 1963 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 09-63 SUBJECT : Collection and Disposition of Fines and Surcharges for Violation of Forest Laws and Regulations TO : All Internal Revenue Collection Agents and Others Concerned In view of the exhaustion of the strip stamps printed by the Toppan Printing Company of the P2.50 per M, 20's at P0.05, notice is hereby given that this Bureau will issue a new kind of cigarette strip stamps of the same denomination. The strip stamps to be issued were printed by the American Bank Note Company, U.S.A., and are of the standard small size stamps with yellow background and has a color combination of white and violet on the seal of the Republic of the Philippines.
