August 11, 2016 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 088-16 SUBJECT : Lifting of Suspension of Effectivity of Certain Revenue Issuances Provided under Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 69-2016 dated July 1, 2016 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Pursuant to Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 69-2016, the effectivity of all revenue issuances promulgated within the period covering June 1 to 30, 2016 has been suspended. The suspension of the following revenue administrative issuances dealing with the Bureau's Organizational structure is hereby lifted: Revenue Administrative Order No. 2-2016 Changes/Modifications on the Bureau's Organizational Structure as Enhancement to Executive Order No. 366 (Rationalization Plan) Revenue Administrative Order No. 3-2016 Renaming of Revenue Region (RR) No. 12-Bacolod City to RR No. 12-Negros Island Region Consequently, with the lifting of suspension of the effectivity of the foregoing revenue issuances, the same shall be effective immediately.
