August 27, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 084-20 SUBJECT : Circularizing Republic Act No. 1 145 3 Entitled, "An Act Further Streng thening the Powers and Functions of the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB), Amending for this Purpose Republic Act No. 9728, Otherwise Known as the 'Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) Act of 2009'" and Republic Act No. 1 145 7 "An Act Creating the Davao International Airport Authority, Transferring Exis ting Assets of Francisco Bangoy International Airport to the Authority, Vesting the Authority with Power to Administer and Operate the Francisco Bangoy International Airport and Appropriating Funds Therefor" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned, attached are the following Republic Acts: HTcADC 1.
