December 24, 2008 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 083-08 SUBJECT : New BIR Vision and Mission Statements TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees As formulated during the BIR Strategic Planning Session last December 10-13, 2008, the new BIR Vision and Mission Statements are as follows: cHCSDa Vision : The Bureau of Internal Revenue is an institution of service excellence manned by people with integrity and professionalism.
